MSRP & Online Pricing Guidelines

Alamea Hawaii LLC provides a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price, or MSRP, for Alamea products. MSRP is intended to support consistent product presentation, brand value, and customer confidence across online and retail channels.
These guidelines apply to approved wholesale customers who advertise or list Alamea products for resale.

Alamea products listed online should be advertised at the current MSRP or other Alamea-approved online advertised price.
This applies to product listings on retail websites, online stores, marketplaces, social media shops, digital catalogs, email promotions, paid ads, and other public online sales channels.
Retail partners should not publicly advertise Alamea products online below the current MSRP unless Alamea Hawaii LLC has approved the promotion in writing.

Retail partners may make their own pricing decisions for sales made inside their physical retail store.
These guidelines are not intended to control the final resale price charged by a retail partner in a physical store. Each retailer is responsible for setting its own in-store pricing, promotions, and sales strategy.

Online promotions, discount codes, bundle offers, clearance pricing, or advertised markdowns involving Alamea products should be consistent with these guidelines unless approved in writing by Alamea Hawaii LLC.
Any promotion should be presented clearly and accurately so customers understand the offer, timing, price, and applicable conditions.

Each retail partner is responsible for making its own resale pricing decisions.
Nothing in these guidelines is intended to create an agreement regarding final resale prices. These guidelines are intended to support consistent online presentation of Alamea products and protect the value of the Alamea brand.

MSRP may be updated from time to time due to changes in product design, materials, production costs, market conditions, or other business factors.
Retail partners are responsible for reviewing current wholesale materials and using the most current product and pricing information available to them.

Alamea Hawaii LLC may review online listings to help ensure that Alamea products are being represented accurately and consistently.
If an online listing does not follow these guidelines, Alamea Hawaii LLC may request that the listing be updated. Continued non-compliance may affect wholesale account status, online resale approval, product availability, or future order approval.

Wholesale pricing is provided only to approved wholesale customers and should be treated as confidential business information.
Wholesale pricing, discounts, account terms, and price lists may not be shared publicly, posted online, or distributed to unauthorized parties without written approval from Alamea Hawaii LLC.
